Each of these pieces are indivually handmade from a slab of clay by Peter. Shaped to a form of a hand to encompass a bottle of wine.
After drying & cleaning process it is kiln bisque fired for strength. The next process a special metallic glaze is applied with several coats and a 2nd glaze firing. The final process of balancing & cleaning with a furniture friendly backing at bottoms is applied.
